The dissertation is a special complex research of theoretical and practical issues of legal regulation of arbitral consideration of civil disputes in Ukraine and one of the methods of alternative settlement of disputes. In the dissertation the stages of formation and development of arbitral Consideration of civil issues on the territory of contemporary Ukraine are accentuated and characterized, peculiarities of legal regulation of arbitral consideration according to effective laws of Ukraine are researched. The place of arbitral consideration in the systems of methods of alternative consideration of disputes and in the system of law of Ukraine as well as its relation to arbitral process as a field of law and as a science is defined. Classification of arbitration agreements is improved and establishing conclusion of multi-tiered, alternative and hybrid arbitration agreements on the level of law is offered. Peculiarities of judgments of arbitration courts are defined and characterized. Propositions regarding improvement of effective laws concerning activity of arbitration courts and competent state courts in proceedings related to arbitration consideration are formed.
