Essay

The object of study - common chronic severe hormone-dependent dermatitis. The purpose of research - improving the efficiency and safety of the treatment of patients with severe dermatoses by preventing or minimizing the side effects of glucocorticosteroid hormone. Methods: clinico-anamnestic, biochemical, cytological, immunoenzyme, instrumental, statistics. Dissertation is devoted to solving scientific problems - improving the efficiency and safety of the treatment of patients with severe dermatoses by preventing or minimizing the side effects of glucocorticosteroid hormone. 134 patients with severe dermatoses, which received long-term therapy by glucocorticosteroid hormones were examined. The features of steroid-induced disorders of bone tissue remodeling and carbohydrate metabolism in patients with severe dermatoses were determined. The methods of treatment and prophylaxis of indicated complications are offered and their efficacy is proved. The recommendations for treatment and prophylactic measures of steroid-induсed disorders of bone tissue remodeling and carbohydrate metabolism were offered. Results of the study are introduced in practical work in the clinic of State Establishment "Institute of Dermatology and Venereology of NAMS of Ukraine", Municipal Institution of Healthcare Regional Clinical Dermato-Venerological Dispensary № 1, Kharkiv, Municipal Institution of Ternopil Regional Council "Ternopil Regional Clinical Dermato-Venerological Dispensary", Poltava Regional Clinical Dermato-Venerological Dispensary, Kremenchuk Regional Dermato-Venerological Dispensary, Kyiv Municipal Clinical dermato-venerological hospital, as well as in the educational process of the Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases with Courses Pathomorphology and Phthisiatry of State higher education institution "Uzhgorod National University."
