The thesis is devoted to the development of the new methods to improve the coordinates determination accuracy of the multi position integrated complexes of radio monitoring. The basic idea is using of the redundant information about the radio source location with the purpose of the target coordinates determination accuracy improvement. In this work, the active means of radio monitoring data are used as redundant information - information from the altimeter and active radar. Passive systems of radio monitoring use extreme form of the time difference arrival method (TDOA) for the high error compensation of coordinates determination with the implemented weight coefficients which also allow considering the various accuracy of the accepting stations of the complex. The paper proposed the modified Newton's method using, which allow significantly decrease of the coordinates determination time by the accuracy insignificant deterioration. By using this method it is shown which of the stations, in this case, may be omitted from calculations, based on the fact that the measurement error of its signal arrival time delay will be the greatest. According to the simulation results, it was concluded about the RMS error decrease of the target coordinates determination results by the developed methods using.
