Fedyna K. Organizational and economic principles of environmentally sound natural resource management

The object of research is organizational and economic processes ensuring environmentally sound natural resources management. The subject of the research is theoretical, methodological and practical principles of organizational and economic ensuring of environmentally friendly use of natural resources. The aim of this study is to justify theoretical and methodical approaches and to improve practical recommendations on the organizational and economic principles of environmentally sound natural resource management. The author uses general and specialized scientific research methods, such as monographic, historical, logical, systematic and structural, logic synthesis, abstract and logical, economic and statistical methods including correlation and regression analysis, normalization of indicators, fuzzy logic, scientific generalization and synthesis. The paper is the first attempt to improve the theoretical principles of the concept of environmentally sound natural resources management which, unlike the existing ones, by identifying the interdisciplinary nature are examined on a systematic basis with the use of synergistic learning approach a synergetic approach; to improve the mechanism of organizational and economic ensuring of environmentally friendly use of natural resources, which, unlike the existing ones, is based on implementation of integrated management of ecologically friendly use of natural resources; to improve the conceptual model for the implementation of internal carbon market for greenhouse gas emissions with the use of "green" investments; to develop the methodical approaches to the assessment of environmentally sound use of natural conditions and resources, based on the evaluation of the environmentally safe use of natural resources index in the regions of Ukraine; to develop scientific and practical recommendations on how to create strategic directions for ensuring environmentally sound use of natural resources in Ukraine, the implementation of which, in addition to existing ones, are considered in the context of the Association Agreement with the European Union; to develop a scientific approach to reduce the individual's carbon footprint in Ukraine, which is based on the use of alternative energy sources. The research has important implications for public authorities and local governments, educational institutions.
