Essay

The object of the research is the strategic development of national energy. The subject of the research is theoretical, methodological and practical foundations of environmental regulation of national strategic energy requirements in the context of the European Energy Community. The purpose of work is expansion and development the theoretical and methodological approaches to environmental regulation of national strategic energy with the requirements of the European Energy Community and provides evidence-based recommendations for its improvement, taking into account environmental, economic and social aspects. The author uses general scientific and special methods of investigation, in particular, such as logic synthesis, analysis, comparison and synthesis, structural, factor, correlation, analysis, method of situational analysis, parametric and graphic techniques. Scientific novelty is the improved approaches and methodological foundations typology of environmental regulation and assessment of national energy according to the requirements of the Association Agreement with the EU and the European Energy Charter; justification for investments in energy sector projects by formalizing environmental, economic and social conditions of investment. Also are developed research trends in the energy sector of Ukraine, creating conditions for achieving strategic priorities of national economic, scientific and practical recommendations to bring environmental regulation of national power complex with European Energy Community according to the modern type of energy development in Ukraine. The sphere of the use of author recommendations is state and local governments, community organizations, local businesses and educational institutions.
