Matushkina S. Influence of ethnopolitical factors on development of regional policy in Ukraine.

The object is ethnopolitical sphere. The aim is the comprehensive study of the factors and areas of implementation of regional policy in the sphere of ethnic and identify ways to implement it in the specific context of the regional political processes in Ukraine. The methods are systemic and structural-functional approach; institutional, analytical, comparative, regulatory axiological methods and synergetic methodology. The political analysis of bases of modern ethnopolitical sphere of society development is carried out with all his complications and contradictions. Certainly, state ethnopolitics at regional level shows by itself the difficult, ramified system of authorities and services, which have the special socio-cultural powers and carry out specific functions to character which straight influences on politization of ethnics and ethnic groups. It is set political, legal and sociocultural nature of the nowadays state is formed under considerable influence two diametrically opposite processes: globalizations (including a lot of ethnic integrations in a general environment) and regionalization (strengthening of role of regional institutes in realization of bases of state power and management). Grounded a necessity of modification and deep reformation of national legislation is for Ukraine in the context of integration to the multicultural environment of countries of Western Europe.
