Essay

The object of study - psoriasis of varying severity. The aim - to increase the effectiveness of therapy and develop pathogenetically grounded treatment of patients with psoriasis based on the study of the state of ergo- and trophotropic systems. Methods: clinical, biochemical, mathematical, statistical. The thesis is dedicated to increase of effectiveness of treatment of psoriasis patients by development of well-grounded complex method of therapy on the basis of clinical implications, conditions of ergo- and trophotropic systems of organism. Detected development of dysfunction of vegetative nervous system, what is confirmed by activation of sympathoadrenal system mechanisms in the initial period of dermatosis at precedence of parasympathetic control mechanism with provision of homeostatic function of organism at severe treatment of disease. It was proved that normalization of condition of ergo- and trophotropic systems at psoriasis patients with light and middle level of severity with using of metamax and corteksin against the background of traditional treatment regimen and more complete renewal of their indexes at severe condition. Results of the study are introduced into the work of the Department of Dermatovenerology and Cosmetology with the Course of Dermatovenerology and Aesthetic Medicine of Faculty of Postgraduate Education of Zaporizhzhia State Medical University, Department of Dermatovenereology and HIV/AIDS of Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, clinics of State Establishment "Institute of Dermatology and Venerology of NAMS of Ukraine", Municipal Institution of Healthcare "Kharkiv City Clinical Dermato-Venerological Dispensary № 5".
