For the first time developed a method for assessing the quality of telecommunication services users' satisfaction, which is based on the use of hierarchical neuro-fuzzy network provides a comprehensive assessment of the quality of services, as well as perform modeling user response to changes in the quality indicators values. 2. Improved service quality management method in telecommunication networks, which, in contrast to the known, through the use of quality of service compliance functions and accounting reference value ratio effect of improving the quality of services to the necessary costs for this allows you to maintain the quality of services at the level of satisfying the users. 3. An improved method for the formation of an overall assessment of the quality of services for a distributed network management principle by introducing weighting factors for the network segments, which in contrast to the known, takes into account the views of users. 4. Improved quality control method in the MPLS service, which, unlike the prior art, allows you to adjust the values of the quality indicators within acceptable classes of service, and also to predict the development of the required network.
