Essay

In the work surveyed 154 people, including 38 patients with schizophrenia with the presence of obsessive thoughts in the structure of the disease; 52 patients with schizophrenia without obsessions in the structure of disease; 34 patients with neurotic disorders with the presence of obsessively symptoms in the structure of the disease and 30 healthy people. Given the definition of the term pseudo-obsessions as a psychopathological phenomenon, that are similar to obsessions, but different etiopsychopathogenetic basis. Given and systematic the typology of pseudo-obsessions and their clinical-psychopathological and clinical-psychological features. Formulated the concept of the ethiopsychopathogenesis pseudo-obsessions and developed a model of their psychopathogenesis. The survey results form the basis for the development of differential diagnostic criteria, diagnostic algorithm and scales the differential diagnosis of pseudo-obsessions, as well as corrective actions - pathogenetic and psychopathologically oriented principles and software correction of pseudo-obsessions, the implementation of which in practice has shown its high efficiency.
