The dissertation is a complex scientific research of the problems of legal regulation of relations under a corporate agreement. The author has analyzed domestic normative legal base aimed at ensuring the legal regulation of corporate relations since Ukraine gained independence and till today. The peculiarities of legal regulation of the relations under a corporate contract are disclosed. The author definition of corporate agreement is declared and its main features are determined. The place of a corporate agreement in the system of civil contracts is established. The author has separated a corporate contract from other related contractual structures. The peculiarities of its subject, parties, content are investigated; the process of conclusion and the features of fulfillment of obligations under a corporate contract are analyzed. The general and specific reasons for its termination are determined. In the dissertation considerable attention is devoted to research the legal consequences of violations of corporate contract, including cancellation of a contract, unilateral rejection of a contract, a contract change and payment of penalties, monetary compensation in the amount of solid sum of money. The theoretical proposals and practical recommendations for improving the current legislation in the sphere of the relations under a corporate contract are developed.
