In thesis was presented computer-oriented methodical teaching system of Mathematics for future navigators, based on the principles of the system, person-oriented, activity, context, environmental, competence and praxeological approaches. It was determined concept of "computer-oriented methodical teaching system of Mathematics for future navigators" as a methodical system object, which consists of interrelated components: objectives, content, methods, means and organization forms of training of future navigators and also information and communication training environment that is presented by network teaching methods (NTM), which reflects the target, content and technological components of computer-oriented methodical teaching system of Mathematics for future navigators.It was created and introduced in the educational process complex network NTM complex "Higher Mathematics for future navigators", which embodies the key components computer-oriented methodical teaching system of Mathematics for future navigators and ability to: increase the level of cognitive independence of students; create incentives to learning speech; activate the creative potential of students; organize a modern control system of learning activities of students; implement innovative learning technologies; provide advice to students and teachers who are using NTM; rapidly exchange information, ideas, plans, learn to search, processing, preservation and transferring of information using modern computer technology; ensure organic unity between the changing requirements of the labor market and conservative education opportunities; to form the students and teachers communication skills, culture, communication, participatory search willingness to debate, developing the skills of real research.
