Dmitrenko O. Laparoscopic fundoplication in surgical treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease

This dissertation devoted to the decision of problems of diagnostics and treatment of patients with GERD by the use of laparoscopic method. On the basis of deep comparative analysis of peculiarities of early post-operational period in two groups of patients, who were operated by the use of laparoscopic and ordinary methods, efficiency and less traumatic of miniinvasive interventions is proved, as evidenced shorter duration of mechanical ventilation of lungs, smaller doses of drugs for anesthesia, earlier normalization of SBP, RR and saturation of blood with oxygen during the first 12 hours after surgery. As well as lower intensity of pain syndrome according to VAS, smaller doses and dose reduction for narcotic analgesics, early recovery of bowel peristalsis and patients activation who were operated by the use of laparoscopic method.
