The technology of staff motivating on machine-building enterprises is the research object. The development of theoretic and methodological, methodic and applied theses of formation and usage of innovative technologies of machine-building enterprise's staff motivating is the research aim. The research methods are as following: comparison, generalization and systematization; morphological analysis; grouping; expertise and empirical research; personal data processing; historical and chronological analysis; systemic approach; comparative analysis; graphic; analysis and synthesis. The model of managerial support of formation and implementation of innovative technologies of machine-building enterprise's staff motivating has been firstly developed. The method of competencies diagnosing in HR-department in development and usage of innovative technologies of staff motivating; the method of identification of changes magnitude in staff motivating technology of machine-building enterprises; the model of HR-department key performance indicators (KPI) determination in formation and usage of innovative staff motivating technologies have been improved. The method of selecting external providers for formation and usage of innovative staff motivating technologies; typology of machine-building enterprise's staff motivating technologies kinds have been developed. Research results have been introduced at machine-building enterprises and academic process. The machine-building enterprises are the scope of use of author's proposals.
