Aim of the study: to carry out a retrospective analysis of the spectrum of hormonally inactive tumors (NJ), frequency of their occurrence and some clinical characteristics, as well as to determine the possibility of using fine needle aspiration biopsy (TAPB) for the diagnosis of benign and malignant hormone inactive incidentaloma (ins), and also for the treatment of cystic formations of the last. Methods of the investigation and equipment: clinical (anamnestic, diagnostic, hormonal, surgical), retrospective, statistical; an ultrasound machine, "TOSHIBA", Chiba needle 18G. Theoretical and practical results: on the basis of a comprehensive study of pathological, clinical and laboratory characteristics of hormonal neaktivna IN NJ established the significance of the fact of reducing the level of urinary excretion of hormones of a bark of VAW, which indicates the influence of the tumor on the function of allopurinol fabric steam gland. It is shown that TPB is diagnostically valuable procedure for determining the nature of the tumor process, and in determining whether a simple solitary cyst VAW – effective medical procedure, which in some cases allows to avoid surgery and can be used as a procedure when preparing a patient for surgery. Novelty: improved method for fence in NJ TAPB tumors to determine the nature of the tumor. First established and proven that TPB simple solitary cysts VAW can be used for therapeutic purposes. It is shown that the size adopted for the threshold (4-6 cm) IN the inactive hormone is not an objective criterion of malignancy. The revealed are not the same age period diagnosis of various nature hormonally inactive tumors, and marked gender features of the distribution of benign and malignant process. Degree of introduction: the research results are embedded in the clinical work YEOV and the National cancer Institute. Patents: №201002653; №201013143, № 201100912. Field of application: endocrinology, oncology.
