The thesis presents the results of 107 patients who underwent obstructive and reconstructive surgery on the colon. The paper proposed a comprehensive approach to diagnosis and treatment of postoperative intestinal paresis at all stages of treatment, able to significantly increase the effectiveness of surgical interventions on the colon. It is proved that the registration of electrical activity to evaluate the state of the contractile apparatus of the gastrointestinal tract, individualized indications for surgical treatment of pathophysiological reasonably choose conservative therapy and evaluate its performance in real time. As a result of the complex treatment of patients with performance of various types of intestinal anastomosis, we studied the features and benefits of mechanical intestinal anastomosis healing in compared to the traditional method of ligature. The investigation of mechanisms of recovery of motor-evacuation function of the gastrointestinal tract at various methods of execution intestinal anastomosis, used a selective approach to intestinal intubation (intubation intestine when restoring its totality anti- оr in a retrograde method, transanal of the probe when imposed anastomosis or suturing the colon defects).Research restore motor-evacuation function of the gastrointestinal tract with different methods of blending intestinal anastomoses. Using techniques peripheral electrogastrogram proven effective method endolymphatic administration of 5-hydroxytryptamine in the treatment of postoperative intestinal paresis patients after surgery on the colon. The technique of regional immunotherapy. The estimation of the effectiveness of the prevention of postoperative complications in the correction of the local immunity in patients with colorectal anastomosis. A comparative analysis of results of treatment reliably established that the combined therapy with the use of outside electrostimulator can restore motor - evacuation function of the gastrointestinal tract in 1 day after surgery, and in the comparison group at 3 days later, the electrical activity of the gastro - intestinal tract after electrical stimulation the average amplitude increased to 2,28 ± 0.07 MB (more than 2-fold) in the study group and the comparison group - to 1,42 ± 0,05, indicating the superiority of the proposed method in comparison with traditional drug stimulation of the intestine.
