Orel S. Economic mechanism of ensuring environmental safety in agricultural production.

This thesis deals with the essence of the economic mechanism of guaranteeing environmental safety in agricultural production and determines the conceptual basis of its formation, based on certain elements of the internal structure of the mechanism and interrelation with external factors. The author has discovered the main causes and consequences of environmental issues in the agricultural sector. The author determines complex of factors causing deterioration of the ecological condition of rural areas. This thesis suggests implementation of economic compensation mechanism on the principles of geting provided the development and adoption of local government of special regional program of financing producers of organic production, that will be formed on the principles of transparency, competitiveness, financial interest, financial risk distribution, social benefits and limitations.
