Essay

In the thesis presented for the first time investigated the antioxidant and antiradical properties of Bacillus subtilis IMV B-7023 - component of complex bacterial preparation Azogran and its role in anti-stress protection of crops. It is found that the antioxidant complex of the culture medium of B. subtilis IMV B-7023 characterized by higher performances reducing power, antiradikalnoї activity against · OH and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical. It is shown that cultivation of B. subtilis IMV B-7023 in medium with SiO2 nanoparticles was accompanied by a marked dose-dependent prooxidative effect. Shown differently directed effect of vermiculite particles on the antioxidant properties of the cultural medium of B. subtilis IMV B-7023. Established that bacteria of genus Bacillus at cultivation in the nutrient medium with gelatin produced the highest concentrations of phenols. The ways to inactivate of reactive oxygen species involving 4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid (4-HPA) were analyzed with the help of quantum chemical program Gaussian 09W. The dominant antioxidant mechanisms of 4-HPA are Single electron transfer and Single-electron transfer followed by proton transfer. Revealed that the cultural medium of B. subtilis IMV B-7023 caused an antioxidant effect and increased the germination of seed plants for impact of hydrogen peroxide.
