Plukar I. The real estate trust management agreement in the area of housing construction

Based on the results of the research the establishment of the contractual obligations is considered regarding the area of housing construction. Two main stages are highlighted: I - from 1993 to 2003, when funds for financing of housing construction by individuals and legal entities were involved through a variety of contractual forms and in accordance with the legal regulation on the basis of the General provisions of the Civil law; II - from 2003 till the modern stage of the institute development, which is highlighted as the real estate trust management agreement in the area of housing construction regarding to the Civil Code of Ukraine and due to the legal regulation of the special law provisions.
