The thesis presents a complex analysis of political and legal bases of creation and activity of the parliamentary coalition based on the analysis of foreign and domestic experience. The parliamentary coalition is considered as an agreement between the political parties represented in the legislature, on government, its program, the distribution of posts between the parties in the legislative and executive branches and the promotion of a coalition government.
