Essay

The dissertation deals with the actual goal - improvement of the surgical treatment efficiency of patients with CP with pancreatic ductal hypertension. It is shown that the poor results of surgical treatment of CP with pancreatic ductal hypertension associated with the late performance surgery against a background of severe exocrine insufficiency of pancreas developed during long-term unreasonable conservative replacement enzyme treatment before surgery.
