Thesis is an independent completed scientific work, one of the first in Ukrainian law science complex researches of the criminal liability for aiding a crime. Forming appropriate principles of criminal law combating complicity implies the need for a coherent doctrine, which would cover various aspects of the legal consequences facilitate the aiding a crime because it affects both law-making and law enforcement activities.
