Essay

The thesis is devoted to complex research of individual human rights. The work presents the basic approaches of the concept of human rights. We proved that rights arise from the realization of human rights by human. That’s why human rights history has been studied from the time of formation of human beings as rational creature. The necessity of personal understanding of human rights from the perspective of natural law theoryhas been substantiated here. The definition of individual human rights and their basic characteristics were given.
