Thesis is an independent complete scientific work dedicated to the research of implementation of the property rights of the spouses. It contains theoretical definition on the term "implementation of the property right of the spouses", reveals the legal nature and the content of this term, examines legal and treaty regimes of implementation of the property right of the spouses. The peculiarities of implementation of the property right of spouses to movable and real things, of implementation of the corporate rights of spouses and familiar rights of other business entities and entrepreneurs and of implementation of the intellectual property rights of spouses are disclosed. The agreements on establishment of regimes of the property of the spouses are examined. Theoretical provisions and conclusions that develop and improve the theory of implementation of the property right of the spouses have been formulated. Specific proposals that are directed to improvement of the legal mechanism of regulation of legal and treaty regimes of implementation of the property right of the spouses have been proved and justified.
