Object - luteal phase deficiency (LPhD) of the menstrual cycle in women with varix dilatation of genital organs of small pelvis; goal – increase the effectiveness of the treatment of LPhD in women with varix dilatation of genital organs of small pelvis through the development and implementation in practice of integrated medical and therapeutic algorithm; methods – questionnaire-anamnestic, clinical, biochemical, enzyme immunoassay, high-frequency ultrasound with pulse Doppler and Doppler mapping, laparoscopic, statistical; results – analyzed the medical history and some clinical features of LPhD on the background of varix dilatation of genital organs of small pelvis; it proved that the varix dilatation of the reproductive system of small pelvis accompanied by a breach of the neuroendocrine regulation of the menstrual cycle with a primary disorder of the fourth level of the regulation, which leads to disruption of steroidogenesis in the ovaries and the subsequent development of ovarian dysfunction and the formation of LPhD; the indications for conservative and surgical treatment of varicose veins reproductive pelvic organs in women with LPhD; formulated a differentiated approach to the choice of method of LPhD correction in women with varix dilatation of genital organs of small pelvis and developed diagnostically and treatment algorithm; branch – medicine.
