Object - the management of competitive telecommunications services. Purpose - the development of theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the domestic enterprises services telecommunications industry competitiveness management. Methods: A critical analysis of abstraction, synthesis, induction and deduction, synthesis, matrix modeling system and cognitive analysis, classification, analytical and abstract logic, expert, forecasting.
