Essay

The becoming and development of the obligation law in Western Ukraine in the part of Poland in the years 1921–1939 are researched in the dissertation. Legal acts, archival dokuments and scientific literature about arising and functioning of legal obligation in Eastern Galicia and Western Volyn are consider. According to the results of exploration, the main basis of obligation law in Western Ukraine in the part of Poland which formulated according for a long historical period, beginning from the «Russian truth», Vyslitskoho and Lithuanian Statutes are founded.
