The thesis is devoted to complex research of a problem of increasing of efficiency of surgical treatment of patients with well-differentiated thyroid cancer by means of stratification of risk factors for cardiovascular complications (CVC), development of personalized techniques of surgical interference and postoperative wound conducting, use of alternative methods of preparation for radioiodine ablation. The paper established diagnostic and prognostic significances of microalbuminuria level determination for a likelihood of the CVC development risk in the early postoperative period. It is proved that application of operational way based on the fact that surgical access and active drainage of the postoperative wound are conducted taking into account anatomical and topographical variations of pathological process prevalence helps to minimize the operational stress manifestations, patient early recovery and mobilization, reduce terms of recovery and hospital staying with the least amount of complications. The expediency of recombinant human thyrotropin use in preparing patients for postoperative treatment with radioactive iodine to improve ablation of residual thyroid tissue efficiency and prevent the risk of disease recurrence in groups of people with both low and high cancer risks is substantiated.
