Pelishenko V. A Kleptocracy in Political Process of Ukraine: Political and Legal Aspect

The object – corruption as a social and political phenomenon. The objective - identify the political and legal aspects of the formation and existence of elimination kleptocracy as the leading form of corruption in the political process in Ukraine. The study employs - structural-functional, systematic, historical and comparative. The theoretical and practical results - a comprehensive analysis of formation of kleptocracy and corruption influence relations on the political process in modern Ukraine political and legal context. The novelty - explicate the phenomenon of corruption as a crime (a type of deviant behavior) and how destructive phenomenon (the result dysfunktsionuvannya system); defined typical characteristics representative of the ruling class in the conditions of distribution kleptocracy in Ukraine; new practices explicate the prevention of kleptocratic relations; clarified systemic nature kleptocracy; described the main forms of kleptocratic relations in the political process in Ukraine; gained further classification of corruption and relations. The rate of implementation - development of specific recommendations to improve anti-corruption national strategy. The scope of application - the activities of authorities, political and social organizations, anti-corruption committees in making policy decisions related to state-building strategies in preventing and combating corruption.
