Horodnii M. General theoretical description of the process of acculturation in a religious type of legal systems.

The dissertation is a complex scientific developing sound theoretical knowledge of the factors contributing to the process of acculturation in a religious type of law in the context of modern bipolar world. Analyzed and classified forms of religious influence on the formation and development of legal systems in the light of the processes of acculturation as a phenomenon that affects the process of succession, perception, repeatability and drawing rights established in other states as a consequence of the historical accumulation and communication of legal culture of the state, political and socio-economic operating conditions which are similar or related. Implemented accentuation general and distinctive aspects of Soviet and religious legal systems as a manifestation of ideologically-public control global and national legal values through mentality and communicative interaction. Interpreted religion as a major factor that complements, defines and ensures the formation of legal systems, as well as accumulate the basic and necessary values, principles of public life, without which it cannot do any one of the civilized countries.
