Mykytyn V. Civil liability for violation of intellectual property rights.

The thesis is performed on the current issues and solves an important scientific and practical problem of theoretical study and development of proposals for improving civil liability for intellectual property rights breach. In the thesis the concept of civil liability as a part of legal liability is explained on the scientific level; the nature and function of civil liability is analyzed; grounds are found and measures of civil liability are explored; the concept and types of intellectual property rights are examined; validity term of intellectual property rights are defined; limits for intellectual property rights disposal are set; the consequences of breach the intellectual property rights are analyzed; the particularities of the court order of intellectual property rights protection are found out; theoretical findings and prospect of Ukrainian legislation improvement in this field are developed.
