The thesis is devoted to complex research of theoretical and legal analysis of liability without fault in civil law of Ukraine. The thesis deals: concept, content and scientific and methodological basis of the theory of no-fault liability in civil law; genesis theory of civil liability without fault; Legal nature of civil liability without fault; sources of legal regulation of civil liability without fault in civil law of Ukraine; general characteristics and classification of liability without fault; grounds for exemption from liability without fault in civil law; liability regardless of fault for damage caused by a source of danger; State responsibility for damage caused by its organs; responsibility for damage caused as a result of defects in the goods, works (services); liability without fault arising from other special tort.
