Essay

The objects of the research are farmlands estimating processes. The goals of research are objectives of theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations about economic-ecological assessment principles of farmlands transformation. Author used abstract-logical, systematic and structural, economics and stastistics methods, method of correlation analysis, analogy, expert evaluation, calculation methods. Theoretical value involves development of existing theorises about economic-ecological assessment principles of farmlands transformation. Scientific novelty is scientific-methodological method to assessment of usage of farmlands transformation consequences; variants of ecologization of market relations in compliance with farmlands transformation; ways of government regulation of market relations provided that moratorium on sale of farmlands will be removed; proposals on essential component of information application of economic-ecological assessment and institutional, economic-ecological basic principles of rational use of farmlands; calculation of cumulative economic-ecological outcome for naturally restored forests with conducting of periodic cut due to different growth schemes; acceptance of prediction method of land-use script according to farmlands transformation; motivation of expenses socio- economic-ecological utilization efficiency of farmlands according to their transformation; farmlands utilization, tools and methodological basis of induction of administrative and legal, economic and financial, social and organizing mechanisms. The scope of the research is theoretical and methodological objective of economic-ecological basis of farmlands transformation estimating processes. Author’s recommendations are used in the work of Rivne Regional Forestry and Hunting, Rivne Research and Project Institute of Land Management, Department of Agro-industrial Development, SI "Gruntokhorona", National University of Water and Environmental Engineering, Bereznivsky College of Forestry of National University of Water and Environmental Engineering.
