Pliashko O. Providing the competitiveness of human resources in the national economy

The object of the research are the processes of providing the competitiveness of human resources in the national economy. The subject of the research is scientific- methodological and organizational-economic principles of providing the competitiveness of human resources in the system of state regulation economic development. The purpose of work is expansion the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations to provide the competitiveness of human resources in the system of state regulation national economy. The author uses general scientific and special methods of investigation, in particular, such as synthesis, comparison, analysis, hierarchy, systematization, integration, combination and clustering, principal components analysis, economic -statistical and graphic methods. Scientific novelty is first proposed conceptual bases of formation national strategy to providing the competitiveness of human resources in the system of state regulation Ukraine's economy, based on results of integral assessment cumulative potential the competitiveness of human resources and determinants of their providing; improved interpretation of the essence of "human resources" and "competitiveness of human resources" categories; improved methodological tools of integrated assessment of national competitiveness of human resources in the regional context and social- economic system of providing the competitiveness of human resources; the classification differentiation of human resources are developed; methodological approaches of regional monitoring implementation the competitiveness of human resources and Principles of diagnostic determinants its providing. The sphere of the use of author recommendations are state and local governments, local businesses and educational institutions.
