Essay

The object of the research is diversified inventory management processes in a hierarchical storage system in the conditions of uncertainty of demand. The aim of the research is to develop models and methods of management of diversified stock in a hierarchical storage system in the conditions on the basis of demand uncertainty using modern mathematical apparatus of probability theory and fuzzy sets. Methods: for the task were used: the theory of probability and the theory of fuzzy sets to describe and predict the random non-stationary process demand; statistical methods to obtain approximations of non-stationary random process demand; mathematical programming methods for solving nonlinear optimization of management tasks in a hierarchical storage system; simulation to evaluate the effectiveness nemarkivskoi service system. The results realized in the company "Kharkov plant forming machine", as well as used in the educational process of the department of computer monitoring and logistics NTU "KPI" .Naukova novelty: A method of inventory management solutions diversified tasks in the warehouse system, taking into account the differences in the average costs of storing unsold part of the goods, depending on storage conditions, losses from shortages and restrictions on the amount of storage; We developed a method of demand forecasting process, the observed counts which correlated and defined clearly, that allowed us to obtain an informed decision inventory management tasks.
