Kirichenko N. Constitutional and legal mechanism to ensure unity of legal space.

The thesis covers the principles of rule of law in Ukraine from the position of the Roman-Germanic legal tradition. Established under the rule of law should understand the basic ideas that underpin the functioning of the rule of law, assumptions organization and functioning of such a state, reflecting the common values enshrined in international regulations and found its consolidation in the form of constitutional norms. The features of the rule of law as the fundamental mechanism to ensure the unity of legal space. Defined space is a spatial limits set by the Constitution of Ukraine that can overcome themselves and be replaced by more advanced in the implementation of constitutional and legal reform; they simultaneously form a certain limit beyond which begin to develop constitutional relationship. The features of the content of the constitutional and legal principles of the category "unity legal space" and given constitutional and legal description of the structure of a single legal space. Proved under a single legal space is necessary to understand the state of the laws of order, characterized by their consistency, and correlation the basis of legal significance within the agreed (some) areas. The features of the concept of constitutional and legal mechanism to ensure unity of legal space, as well as highlighting the constitutional and legal principles in rulemaking mechanism to provide a common legal space of Ukraine.
