Sukachova O. Characteristics of adaptation disorders of military personal exempt from the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The object of research: adaptation disorders of military personal exempt from the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the process of reforming the army. The purpose of the work: based on the analysis and comprehensive assessment of the features of adaptation disorders of military personal exempt from the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the process of reforming the army to identify the target of psychotherapy for patients with specific adaptation disorders in this population. Methods: theoretical method (analysis of the scientific literature on the subject of research); empirical methods (clinical scales, testing); mathematical-statistical method. Scientific novelty: in adherence to the principals of bioethics 129 ex-military personal exempt from the Armed Forces due to the reformation of the army in peaceful time were examined (99 subjects with signs of adaptation disorders and 30 subjects without such signs); clinical and psychological characteristics of adaptation disorders and specific targets for their psychotherapy have been identified; addictive behavior of patients with adaptation disorders has been described; persistent individual and psychological characteristics of des-adaptive orientation in patients with adaptation disorders have been studied as specific targets for psychotherapy. Practical value: a system of specific psychotherapeutic targets for this population of patients has been proposed. The effect of the introduction is high. The areas of use: higher education institutions, medical institutions, psychological services.
