In this thesis are researched features of poetics of Stepan Vasyl’chenko’s dramatic famous and archived works (“Lystopad” (“Fall Of The Leaf”), “Karmelyuk” for one, three and four plays) in context of Ukrainian literary process of the 20th century first decades. Are identified main steps of genre specific evolution, revealed the main ideological and artistic content of writer’s drama and traced the interaction of his artistic searches with the literary events development at his times.
