The thesis presents a comprehensive study of measures to prevent crime prosecutors Ukraine. Defined and clarified the essence of the social and legal status of prosecutors Ukraine in the state mechanism and prevention of crimes investigated domestic and foreign experience of becoming the prosecution as the subject of crime prevention. The author provided criminological justification functions prosecutors in the state mechanism for the prevention of crime in Ukraine, singled out especially the implementation of safety features in the process of operational activities.
