Zubko C. Evaluation and forecasting of the ecological and economic effect of building and construction industry on the environment

Object of study: ecological and economic assessment of the negative impact of construction enterprises on the environment. Objective: development of theoretical positions, scientific and methodical bases of evaluation and forecasting of ecological and economic damage from the negative impact of the construction industry on the environment. Methods and apparatus: system-structural analysis; comparing and grouping; economic and mathematical methods; prognostication. Theoretical and practical results: the results are methodological development, practical proposals for the economic evaluation of the negative impact of construction enterprises on the environment. Novelty: proposed and justified scientific and methodical approach to the determination of the environmental tax construction enterprises; methodical approach to structure determination ecological and economic damage; classification of environmental and economic damage from pollution by introducing additional features; improved scientific and methodical approach to determine the environmental and economic impact by type of construction and type of construction works. The degree of implementation, development and practical guidelines introduced in activity: Department of Sumy city council, PJSC "Ukrainian Railways", in the educational process Konotop Institute of Sumy State University. Scope (industry) use: environmental economics and environmental protection.
