Essay

This research focuses on constitutional and legal aspects of coordination, consultative, advisory and other subsidiary bodies and services of the President of Ukraine. In the dissertation the complex analysis, doctrinal and practical study of constitutional and legal principles of the status of these bodies, their nature, classification, this comparative legal description of such bodies in foreign countries. Given the analysis of the constitutional and legal principles of coordination, consultative, advisory and other subsidiary bodies and services of the President of Ukraine concluded that these bodies are specific, original state-like, quasi-governmental entities that are appropriate to merge the term "state institutions", the President of Ukraine providing, under certain competencies, services, organizational, legal, advisory, informational, expert-analytical nature, etc.
