Dzhurinsky O. The Sources of economic law of Ukraine.

In this dissertation investigates the problem of formation and development of modern economic law sources of Ukraine, their understanding and application for regulation of relations in the sphere of management. It is noted that the formation of a legal system of modern Ukraine, its integration into the European legal family raised the question about a new understanding of the sources of law and their view of the system. Defines the concept and features of commercial law sources of Ukraine, as part of the legal system, and refined their list. Characterized by certain types of sources of commercial law (both core and additional) and disclosed the extent of their application in the regulation of economic relations. Developed evidence-based conclusions, proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the Constitution of Ukraine, Economic code of Ukraine and other normative-legal acts of economic legislation.
