Essay

Thesis deals with the comparative analysis of orders of inheritance in Ukraine and Germany, and explores the advantages and disadvantages of notarial and judicial orders in implementing of inheritance rights, considering specific legislative regulation of hereditary relations. Discovered problems are determined by the activities of notaries and courts of Ukraine due to lack of system model of their interaction on the preservation and protection of inheritance rights, because their authority in the legislation are regulated fragmentary and inconsistently, leading to discrepant judicial and notarial practice.
