Tkachenko J. Verbal verbalisation of gradual semantics of verbs in modern Ukrainian language

In the dissertation gradual semantics of verbal tokens on word-formative, lexical-semantic and stigmatic levels are learned. The concept of gradation as a lexical-semantic category of verbs is formulated. Conceptual device is posted that helps to reveal the category of gradation. In the dissertation is noticed that the means of expression of the gradation are prefixes, suffixes so as prefixes and postaffixal formants. Verbal tokens are analyzed, some grand shades are defined that contribute affixes into the semantic structure of verbs. It was found that on the sintagmatic level means wich represent the gradual semantics of verbs are adverbs of measure and degree, pronouns, particles, qualitative and quantitative nouns. It is proved that they act as graduators of verbal tokens, and therefore, mark the verbal token from the position of gradation.
