Vorotynskyy V. Political Manipulation in the Internet Space of Ukraine: Political and Institutional Dimension

Object - the process of political manipulation in the Internet space. Purpose - to determine the characteristics of the processes of political manipulation in the Internet space of Ukraine in political and institutional terms. Methods - systematic, structural and functional, comparative, statistical and others. Theoretical and practical results - conceptualization of political and institutional dimension of the phenomenon of political manipulation in the Internet space of Ukraine; the system of monitoring the efficiency of content preconditions of political manipulation. Novelty - a comprehensive analysis of current forms, methods, tools and results manipulative processes in Ukraine; the authorized model of the channels of political influence and manipulation in the Internet space through Ukraine united suggestive model; specifies the contents and conditions of use of new means of manipulation in the context of the political Internet communication and heuristic potential structural-functional approach to explication Internet space as a specific systemic phenomenon; were further classification of forms of political Internet communication, presented in a modern network and of the concept of "weak ties." The degree of implementation - developing procedures and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of political manipulation processes online. Scope - activities of authorities, political parties and public organizations; structures operating in the areas of state and information security.
