Essay

In the thesis analyzes a stability of the nonlinear mechanical systems with rolling, the real prototypes of which are elements of undercarriage and the wheeled vehicles, on the basis of approximate approaches theory of nonlinear oscillation and applied theory of real bifurcations (Arnold's classifications of singularities). The influence of structure of forces and approximation type of nonlinear slipping forces on intensity of self-excited oscillations of the wheeled module with one-two degrees of freedom are investigated; the manifold of the steady states, properties of stability of steady-states and changing of properties of steering of nonlinear model of vehicle is analyzed.
