The dissertation deals with the socio-psychological features of the formation of the personality of the juvenile offender in the criminological aspect. The theoretical generalization is carried out, practical recommendations to solve issues connected with the formation of the personality of the juvenile offender, social, and psychological features of this process, as well as the analysis of possible ways to improve the system of prevention of minors' criminal behavior are elaborated.
