Essay

The thesis is dedicated to improving the environmental safety through the development of utilization technology of drilling sludge in conjunction with phosphogypsum by processing them in an environmentally safe gypsum concrete. Ecological and hygienic, toxicological, radiation assessment of secondary raw materials and the finished product was been implemented. The conditions for obtaining of gypsum concrete with satisfactory environmental and technical characteristics were been experimentally determined. A process flow diagram of drilling sludge and phosphogypsum recycling was been designed.
