Essay

The thesis deals with the development of progressive measures to prevent crimes related to the acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of unlawful benefit by an official (Art. 368 of Criminal Code). The detailed analysis of quantitative and qualitative indicators of these corruption crimes is given, the officials, that is corrupt and received illegal benefits, is studied, the determinants of these crime are presented. A number of general social and specially-criminological prevention strategies of these crimes are proposed.
