Essay

Research object was study of biological effect of cryoextracts derived from chicken embryos in animals with experimental hepatitis. The aim was obtaining the cryoextracts from chicken embryos, study of their composition and biological action in experimental hepatitis in rats. The methods were as follows: cryobiological, biochemical, histological, morphological, those of statistical analysis. The use of cryoextracts derived from chicken embryos in rats with experimental hepatitis increased the survival of experimental animals, contributed to the normalization of clinical, biochemical and hematological counts, stimulated the reparation of the injured liver and inhibited the disease process. Introduction of cryoextract to rats with tetrachlormethane hepatitis was helpful in reducing the activity of enzymes, ALT in 1.7 times and AST in 1.6 times, respectively. Histological examination of the liver of rats with chronic toxic hepatitis showed that the introduction to experimental animals of the cryoextract activated the regeneration processes in the body. The positive effect of cryoextract on spleen of the rats with experimental hepatitis has been found. It has been shown that the extracts derived from chicken embryos were capable to restore leucopoiesis in mice with experimental leukopenia.
