The thesis first studied features of history, the course of pregnancy, childbirth and newborn status in women with bihorialnoy, biamnioticheskoy twins based on their hormonal and immunological changes, depending on the method of attack assisted reproductive technologies, an improved tactics of women with assisted reproductive technologies as a result of assisted reproduction. The scientific work is devoted to the study of progesterone level and the number of its receptors in women with assisted reproductive technologies, depending on the mode of its occurrence. The first time the particular expression of progesterone receptors in placental tissue, depending on the mode of occurrence of twins. The results obtained allowed to justify the new positions of reference algorithm women with multiple pregnancies resulting from assisted reproduction. The scientific results confirm the reduction of perinatal complications in the appointment of natural micronized progesterone in women with multiple pregnancies as a result of assisted reproduction.
